How does the otherside reach me? I mean, do they only contact mediums?

I had a question asked of me during a session yesterday. The person being read asked me

"How does the otherside reach me? I mean, do they only contact mediums?" 

I was taken aback because she asked it with a tone as if I , the psychic medium, was the only person the otherside would or could reach.

I took a moment and felt the need to let her know that the other side does not reach me, they are reaching her or the person in grieve. The medium is really a microphone to the otherside.

When I expressed this, the woman looked perplexed.

I then continued by saying that she brought her loved ones to the session. The medium does not have any power over their loved ones on the otherside. 

She then asked me why it was that I could sense them and she ...could not.

I told her that I felt grieve could cloud her ability and that sometimes , when we want something out of desperation, we tend to ignore the little signs ( that lead to bigger ones) because we want to see that big billboard in the sky that they are still here with us..

I then explained, that I feel we all ALL born with the ability to pick up on psychic energy
( information about the future) and the otherside.( our loved one that passed on). We lose sight of this ability because we get very grounded in the physical world. In other-words, we have to see it to believe.

SO , in a nutshell, the otherside can reach us by playing with energy in the physical world, i.e. playing with light, playing a song on the radio..etc

OR

The can play with our energy from within. This is how I do a reading bu being in a daydream state , I am able to get evidence and message connected to who is coming through.




HERE'S A BRIEF EXPLANATION HOW THE OTHERSIDE CAN REACH IS FROM WITH IN.

Seeing - Seeing images like a daydream in your head. Your guides or the otherside can send you symbols, objects, and scenes that play in your mind's eye. They can appear like a movie or a they can flash as image. The scene can be both literal or in your frame of reference. Also includes seeing colors auras, symbols. 

I.e. if you find your self daydreaming about your loved one and no picture or physical cue made you thing of them. Send them a thought, I believe you have created a link with them.

Hearing) Hearing a word or phrase in your head. This can include music. The sound is usual in your own thoughts. Similar to what is referred as Mind noise. That little voice in your head that says "gee did I turn that iron off?" The locations for this sense are on each side of the head, just above the ears. Some practitioners report that these sounds don't always come from their ear region but sometimes emanates and vibrates from the throat. 

i.e. There are times we feel like we might say things that our loved one on the otherside might have said. A medium can do this do and also validate names and places for evidence during a reading

(clear-feeling or clear-sensing) Most people have experienced this. That feeling in your gut. This sense can also warn of upcoming situations. Some practitioners that are empathic connect to this sense by reading the aura of a sitter. That isn't the same as getting information by channeling up and getting it from higher guides and the otherside. But your guides and the otherside can use this sense by making you feel things. Sometimes the otherside will make you feel how they passed as validation for the sitter IE...making you feel short of breathe by indicating they passed by a lung illness...... However the otherside, with the protection of your guides, will only do this in your frame of reference. It is truly a working relationship between all parties when developing. Note. If you are a practitioner that receives these feeling without your permission or without protection of your guides....this can be dangerous.

(clear-smelling) Smelling things. The otherside can send you smells that are connected to them...Perfume, roses , cigar smoke. It can be their way of contacting us, letting us know they're around.

(clear-tasting) Tasting things without having eaten them. Most often relates to spirit communication, as with Clear smelling. One psychic sense can be stronger than the other..

Please try not to ignore these sensation. If you continue to practice and work with them, your loved ones will know you have this connection and they will start to seem closer to you because you are getting validation or signs they are they.  Please know, that regardless if you feel motivated to work on these senses, they are with you, okay , and connected to you.
